Email Marketing: What your Results Actually Mean

A great aspect of using an Email Service Provider is that they can provide for you measurable results of each email campaign you send. These results can be useful to measure the success of each campaign or present for you data on what to change on your  next campaign. Although these results can be very helpful if you don’t understand what they mean they are really of no use. To give you a better understanding I took a campaign summary report and defined the terms  one would need to know:

Measuring your email marketing efforts allows you to understand what does and does not work  improving every campaign you send.   My hope is that the image above will enable you to better understand and benefit from the results you attain.
